If you’ve taken a class with Jess before, chances are you tasted these delicious pancakes. The workshop will cover 2 recipes, featuring mung bean and buckwheat as the main ingredients. While this is a vegan and gluten-free friendly workshop, the option of adding animal protein will be available to omnivore guests.
